Delivery Policy

Orders from the website will be processed within 2-3 business days, given stock availability. Orders will take 3–5 business days on public holidays in Italy and during the month of August; furthermore, during the 2 weeks of closure for summer holiday, orders will take 2-5 weeks. Please note that orders will not be processed on the weekends. Your order may be delayed if there is no stock available or if there are any issues relating to payment. Customer service will contact you directly via email or phone if any issues arise upon the placement of your order.

Shipping costs will vary, depending on the total weight of your order. We are currently unable to deliver to PO /APO/FPO/DPO boxes. Our shipping is done via FEDEX. If delivery cannot be made, your order will be transferred to the nearest FEDEX collection point. Please visit the FEDEX website for more information regarding FEDEX locations and collection points. International shipping does not include possible customs charges and additional import taxes.

Signatures upon delivery

Signature upon delivery is required for orders over 3,000 USD. For orders under 3,000 USD, signature upon delivery is optional. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, your order may be left unattended once delivered at the provided address. Any damages to the package or loss of it will then be the recipient’s responsibility.

Return and Exchange Policy

For returns, please email bespoke@kuansliving.com.

All full-price online purchases from Kuan’s Living Srl can be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason and without a justification., provided that the items are unused. Please note that you may have to pay for the cost of returning the items.

However, bespoke ,custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned except for it’s defect.

All shipping and handling charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs, duties and taxes, if charged to Kuan’s, will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If items in the same order are delivered separately, the 30-day refund period will start from the day the last item arrives. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, you have until the next business day.Refunds must be applied through Kuan’s Living’s registered Italian RMA number. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.

Kuan’s Living has the right to refuse refunds after the return period and items not in its original condition.

With regards of defective products, liabilities and return policy, for all that is not specified above, reference is made to what is established by articles 129,130, 131 and 132 of the Consumer Code.

International Shipping

We currently deliver to the countries listed below. If you would like to make a purchase from a country not included on this list, please contact us at bespoke@kuansliving.com.

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes will be the receiver’s responsibility. The recipient will also be responsible for extra costs relating to unpaid custom charges, delivery for returns and any additional transport services by the carrier.

We do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, Italian public holidays, and the two weeks during Christmas. (As all factory operations are closed during the holidays in August and over Christmas, if there is no available stock, orders can only be processed after operations resume.)
