ORDERS

Q: When will my order be processed?

For products in stock, orders are usually processed and shipped within two to three business days. If the product is not currently in stock, or if the payment is pending additional verification, there may be additional delays in processing your order. Q: Where can I check the status of my order?

After placing an order, you should receive an email confirmation where you can track its progress. Additionally, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account or by contacting our customer service team at bespoke@kuansliving.com.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Prices displayed are quoted in EUR by default. We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal and remittance. We do not accept payment by check or by cash on delivery.

Q: When will my payment be processed?

Payments are usually processed within one business day.

Q: What should I do if I want to revise or cancel my order?

You can contact us by email within 30 minutes of placing your order to revise your order or to request cancellation. If you miss this cancellation period, and your order has already been processed, unused products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that customized/personalized products cannot be returned. For more information, refer to our returns policy below.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on your order is in stock or not, and is also affected by the destination of your delivery. Please check Delivery Policy for more information.

Q: Can I ship my products to different destinations?

Yes, you can arrange for this when you fill out the delivery form.

Q: Can I postpone my delivery date?

Q: How is the shipping fee calculated?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the purchased items, destination and method of transportation. Please add all the items you want to buy to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter the complete delivery address to check the shipping cost. Please check Delivery Policy for more information.

Q: What kinds of international shipping do you offer?

We currently deliver to the countries listed below. If you would like to make a purchase from a country not included on this list, please contact us at bespoke@kuansliving.com.

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes will be the receiver’s responsibility. The recipient will also be responsible for extra costs relating to unpaid customs charges, delivery for returns and any additional transport services by the carrie

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?

All full-price online purchases from Kuan’s Living Srl can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused.
Bespoke ,custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned except for it’s defect
If items in the same order are delivered separately, the 30-day refund period will start from the day the last item arrives. Refunds must be applied for through Kuan’s Living’s registered Italian RMA number. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundabl
Kuan’s Living has the right to refuse refunds after the return period and for items not in their original condition.
