Kuan’s Residence is located in the bustling city center of Milan, in the fashionable district of Brera. Nearby are the famous Duomo di Milano, the Castello Sforzesco, and Monte Napoleone.

This landmark building, with over a hundred years of history, was designed by Adolfo Coppedè, the architect of the renowned Castello Cova.

The sixth floor of this building has been remodeled into a private club and residence. With a size of around 130 m² (square meters), 40 to 50 guests can be accommodated. This venue is equipped with tables, chairs, and audio equipment, and is available for events and private parties.
