We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers' personal information. This privacy policy describes the information that we collect from the visitors to bespoke.kuansliving.com (the “Site”), how the information is used, to whom it is disclosed, and the measures taken to safeguard it. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information collected from the Site, third party sources, and our communications with you (collectively, the “Services”).

Any matters not expressly regulated herein shall be governed by and subject to applicable EU and Italian privacy rules.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Kuan’s Living collects personally identifiable information that can be used to identify or contact our customers or account holders (“Personal Information”), primarily for order fulfilment and promotional purposes.

We also collect non-personally identifiable information from visitors to our Site to improve their experience while visiting our Site. The data collected are subject, notably, to the provisions of the EU Regulation 2016/679.

We collect the Personal Information that you voluntarily submit to us. When you are asked to provide information, you may decline to do so, but in this case, you may not be able to use Services for which the information required is necessary.

Collection of personal data from children

This Site is not intended to be used by children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not intentionally or knowingly collect any personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 13.If we become aware that a child under thirteen has provided us with personally identifying information, we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete or remove it from our systems. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child under thirteen has provided us with his or her personally identifiable information, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove the information and opt out of promotional opportunities. Upon receiving such a request, Kuan’s Living will use all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the information is removed from our records.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We collect, use, disclose, and store your information to provide you the Services when we have an appropriate legal basis. We may use the information we collect from you for the following purposes:

1. - For Which You Provide Your Consent - We process personal data to the extent you provide your consent, such as when we request to process personal information for a purpose that is not already identified by this Privacy Policy. When you are asked to provide personal data or consent to processing, you can decline.
2. - Performance of a Contract - We process personal data to enter into, or perform under, the agreement between us, such as processing payments, shipments, warranty requests, management of returns, customer support, administrative and accounting purposes related to the management of the order and the fulfillment of obligations under the current legislation. In case of payment by credit card, the fundamental information for the execution of the transaction (cardholder name, credit/debit card number, expiration date, security code) will be processed by NEXI, or by companies in charge of the anti-fraud control using an encrypted protocol and without any third parties being able to access it in any way. This information will never be displayed or stored by Kuan’s Living. If you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract. Where providing the data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, features like personalization that use the data will not work for you.
3. - Marketing/Remarketing, Sales Recovery and Promotions - If you have provided your contact information to us, and have agreed that we may use the information to contact you for marketing purposes via direct mail, email or other communication methods, we may use the contact information to send you such information. If you choose to subscribe our newsletter, only after your express and specific consent will your personal data be processed by the Company for sending commercial or promotional communications, relative updates, for example, to the latest trends, new arrivals, exclusive offers, special events or any promotional offers about the Kuan’s Living brand. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your personal data will be stored and processed in your region, in Italy, and in any other country where Kuan’s Living or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers operate. RETENTION OF DATA

We retain your personal information as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations. In addition, we may retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with legal requirements, prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
